The float filled up with water within a few hours of install. The seam is welded so poorly it's hard to call it a float. Operator error perhaps, calibration on welder equipment out of tolerance, complete failure of QA process, if there is one. So instead of having a tank fill up automatically, we are back to opening and closing the fill valve manually. Shipment was 2 days late and now this! I'll find one elsewhere tonight. FYI, there were No icebergs in sight when this Titanic sank.

loved the float but, the seller says it's 1/4" thread. it's not it's 3/8" thread.
