They work basically the same as other safety eyes but have the advantage of being glow in the dark. The prices are pretty competitive, probably slightly higher (but the glow in the dark). I crocheted a Cthulhu Amigurumi and used these eyes and it came out great.

The eyes were easy to apply to the stuff animal and secure. Just wish the package had a variety of sizes.
