The flowers are super tiny and fragile. Upon opening the bag the musty, mold like smell was unbearable. There was no way these items could be worn on clothes or headbands. The item item was returned.

I had to contact customer service as my ribbons were missing from the shipment. It was a very easy process. Very fast efficient service. I received my ribbons and the are perfect for my projects.

I regularly buy beads from PandaHall and have been pleased with those purchases. But, unfortunately, these ribbons don't meet that quality.They came all rolled up in one small bag. They feel dingy, smell musty and one of the ribbons was cut in two pieces.Too bad. They're kind of pretty.
