This thing is so versatile. I like the flexibility in label designs.

I love it. It’s easy to use and prints good quality for what I need. The app is very user friendly. Works great and worth every penny.

Documentation is garbage but once the right app gets installed (Print Master), you can get it to work. That apps interface is less than intuitive, but you'll get there. It would be nice to print from PC as well, but I've been unable to find a way to do this.HOT TIP: The cut-to-size option tapes seemed like the most efficient way to go, but there is always a cm of lead-in and lead out, which means that much tape is lost each time you hit print. If you are trying to maximize efficiency with that tape, print multiple labels at once, and cut them apart.

(This item was received for free as part of Amazon Vine in return for a fair review)I have been using a Dymo LabelMaker for a few years - but after having this new label maker, I am definitely not going back. A bunch of GREAT features, and a few things that were disappointing. First, the good stuff. It is crazy easy to replace the roll of labels - one little latch and the cover comes off - then place the roll in and feed it through the side opening (see included pic). I love that it has a rechargeable battery, as opposed to my Dyno that I keep having to swap out AA batteries. The best feature, however, is that this thing is Bluetooth and will connect to an app on my phone. No more scrolling through a ton of letter sets on the tiny Dymo LCD screen to find what I need. I can just type on my phone, add an emoji or image if I wish, and done. The app also has a ton of UPC variations built in (other programs I have used with label makers charge a lot for that feature). The device is lightweight and rather small (like a two mobile phones stacked on top of each other, but less weight). On the downside - I did not like that the app required geolocation turned on for it to operate. I am in the cybersecurity industry and know the risks - so this didn't really sit well with me (given that this is certainly a Chinese device and the app is likely from China as well). Another pitfall is the print quality - as you can see the in pics I uploaded, the prints aren't great, but certainly good enough for anything I would ever use it for. The UPC sample I printed was immediately scanned with my barcode reader. The app is rather comprehensive, so there might be some speed settings I missed that would certainly make the print better. Last complaint - it appears this manufacturer took a note from the inkjet printer industry in regards to the cost of the device compared to the cost of the refillables. The printer itself is an absolute bargain for what you get - but the label refills are rather expensive. I just purchased a 3 pack of 0.5in by 1.5in label rolls -- 160 labels per roll, for around $12. That seems a little high to me. But for the convenience, I will certainly keep buying them and using this little printer, and have even started looking at the M220, which prints much larger labels. Definitely would purchase this again.
