The bottle I ordered came with a child proof lid. I was looking for a vitamin without iodine and chromium, these have neither. They are exactly what I was looking for!

So far so good! I've only been taking these about a week but I selected them based on purity, after I panicked a bit from reading about the Rainbow Light ones I was taking (class action lawsuits due to heavy metals= no thanks) and immediately threw them out. Anyhow I decided to try these because they seemed to be the cleanest option for the price. Also very important to have the methylated versions of the vitamins and folate over the synthetic folic acid. So far I feel really great taking them and love that they're capsules rather than tablets which generally make me gag, and if you ask the guys at the sewage treatment plant, they will tell you the tablets don't fully dissolve before digestion and thus the body isn't able to absorb those nutrients. The only reason I docked a star is due to lack of iodine and choline. Those weren't deal breakers for me as I was already supplementing iodine, and after much research about the amazing benefits to baby's brain, I decided to add quite a bit more supplemented choline than any prenatal could offer me. That being said I do think they should still include it. One other thing is that I've never met a B complex that didn't turn my pee bright yellow. I believe it's from the riboflavin that does that, but this one doesn't! So I'm a tad skeptical at that, but I will continue taking.

I love raise them well prenatal vitamins and the fact they contain methylfolate, and all of the other important nutrients necessary for my baby’s health. I used them during my first pregnancy, while breastfeeding for 1 year and I’m currently taking them while pregnant with my second. Even though I have a lot of nausea and vomiting during my second pregnancy I haven’t had any issues while taking my prenatal vitamins. I highly recommend them!!

These are in capsule form and much easier to swallow than ones that aren’t. They don’t have that awful strong smell like some others either. I didn’t have trouble keeping them down at all.

Include essential ingredients!Choline and Iodine are not included. Nutrients that most people are lacking and are important for brain growth during pregnancy. Choline plays an important role in the liver, gallbladder, vulnerability to toxins, preventing spinal cord and brain defects, and the future mental health of the child. The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey suggest that more than half of pregnant women have urinary iodine concentrations below 150 mg/dL. Inadequate iodine intakes during pregnancy result in fetal loss, stillbirths, cretinism, and mental retardation of the newborn infant.

This is a very nice vitamin that has everything either an expectant mother, someone trying to conceive or anyone who just wants a great vitamin should take. I primarily bought it because it has methylfolate rather than folic acid and also has methylated form of B-12. These forms of B vitamins are much better absorbed if you have MTHFR which many people have, and probably many who don't know they have. It just means that you don't absorb folic acid properly and especially if pregnant, it's highly advisable to take this form. It also has glutathione which a lot of vitamins don't have and which is really good for you, too, pregnant or not. All in all, this is a really good vitamin for a great price and over a two month supply so you don't have to keep purchasing something every month. I will be purchasing this again whether trying to conceive or not.

I'm very pleased with these vitamins. I like knowing that I'm taking the most readily absorbed version of each vitamins and mineral. The vitamins do not cause me any stomach upset as I experienced with other prenatal vitamins in the past. The only negative is that you must buy DHA separately, but I just had them shipped through Amazon as well so wasn't a big deal.

Really happy with these prenatal vitamins. I was specifically looking for one with methylated folate and this has that, as well has a host of other good things...B-6 vitamins and ginger. This is my third pregnancy and also the easiest prenatal I've taken. They are large white capsules. They are big, but there is no weird aftertaste and they don't make my stomach hurt. The price point is also good compared to other prenatals of this caliber. I'll be taking these my whole pregnancy.
