The instructions are understandable but lack details as to what the settings are for. I could not get this thing to turn on....Programming was straight forward. But, it kept displaying UUU instead of the temperature. I checked the thermocouple as the instructions indicated and the settings but it seems to point to the unit as faulty. Maybe it was due to the instructions or maybe it was faulty. Either way, DO yourself a favor and get an inkbird or an eliwell if you can do without the PID accuracy.
