This is exactly what I needed. I had a longer glass retainer that I picked up at a shop and that one was visible. As soon as I saw these, I knew they were just the right size. A bit difficult to put in die to the size, but with my healed piercing, I was able to get in. Super discreet, it's not noticeable at all, I have to move really stretch my nose to even show it and does not fall out.

It was easy to put in felt smaller than 14g, I spent around an hour trying to get it out my nose after having it in for about 4 hours to test it (what I bought, what I started with and what I have in-14g 16g 14g)

I love these retainers! Since I have allergies I lose them on a regular basis while cleaning my nose but overall very comfortable to wear and helps to hide your piercing when you need to.

These work great. Totally invisible outside the nose, and perfect for work. They fit in the standard pierced septum, and personally I've only had mine fall out when messing with it, and even then it's only happened twice. It's a bit of a learning curve to get in, but that's fine. Also, it's not aggravated the piercing, but do make sure you have fully healed before using plastic jewelry.My only gripe, is that these clearly get punched out or pulled off of a bigger piece of plastic, because the tips are sharp and stand out from the rest, and they remind me of kinder toys or crappy puzzle pieces. All it took was a hand file and like 2 seconds of shaving, and that issue was gone. It's really a non-issue, but keep it in mind if you find the comfort important. An easy fix, but worth noting nonetheless.

I've had my septum piercing for about 5 years now and my work requires me to either wear a horseshoe-type ring and flip it up, remove my piercing completely, or wear a retainer. Instead of taking my septum in and out for work and risk forgetting about putting it back in (few close calls with it closing up...) I pretty much just have one of these in at all times and replace it with my metal septum ring when i want to have it on. I don't like the feeling of the metal horseshoe rings flipped up so that isn't really an option for me. I can't even feel these and honestly forget I have them in most of the time. They never budge when i'm sleeping (and I'm not a cute, still sleeper...) and they are a really great way to keep your piercing open without putting much thought into it. The only problem I have is occasionally they will dislodge if i'm blowing my nose, but that's still a rare occurrence. Will keep getting so long as I have my piercing!

These retainers are awesome! It was a little tricky to insert but once inside, it's snug. You can't even tell it's there. I bought the set for a job and they did not disappoint. I would def buy again if needed.
