love these! great for pilates or barre workout with good grips on the bottom, and look better with the retro stripe than other standard grippy socks. a good, more on trend height. Have been using and washing these a couple of times a week for months and they’ve helped up - color doesn’t fade, grips are still there, and they come out like new from the wash every time. Totally fine to dry them as well.

As advertised these socks are designed with exercise in mind. Besides the "grippers" on the bottom they also have a "compression" aspect to them which promotes blood circulation during exercise. My sister didn't like them for that reason so if your looking for total comfort while lounging around (which she was) and a more relaxed fit these socks may not be for you. 80% cotton. They must be "preshrunk" because they claim they will not shrink. Well made with thicker padding on the bottom.

The Good:They look just like the product images. Very cute appearance.The colors are true to what you see in the photos.The thickness of the socks is medium and seem as if it will hold up well.They do have the grippies though I can't speak to how effective they are since these were so uncomfortable for me I couldn't tolerate wearing them long enough to test that out. But they do seem like other grippies I have on other socks so no weird surprises there.They did not arrive with any weird odor of chemicals like some do.The Bad:These are so uncomfortable they are unwearable. If you happen to like compression socks then these will probably be a huge win for you. I personally HATE compression socks. These squeeze into my ankles and hurt. And I do not have large ankles. I wear between a 5 1/2 and a 6 in women USA sizes or a 36 in European sizes for shoes and have thin feet and ankles, so if it is tight on me and not meant to be compression there is a problem.If these are meant to be compression socks the seller needs to put that in the product listing and title. Some people really like those but others can't tolerate them at all. There is an audience for compression socks. That audience is not me.3 stars
