Your cart is empty.The XT Series frame kits are our extremely heavy duty line of table frames that are used in high altitude locations withstanding over 20' of snow! These end frames are designed as a one-piece welded construction, fabricated from 2.375" O.D. steel tube with 2" x 2" x 1/8" die formed steel angles for attaching the seats and tops. This table frame design incorporates nontip, nontrip, walk-through design features with bends that are tightly formed to prevent tipping when all of the weight is on one side. Nominal table height is 30". Nominal seat height is 18". This table frame kit is used by the National Park Service all across the USA and is proudly manufactured in the USA.

These are the best table frames available anywhere, will definitely stand up to years of commercial-level abuse. A couple notes, now that I’ve put together a half dozen of these: - you can use these to make 6 foot tables instead of 8’, which makes them even stronger. Just grab a few extra carriage bolts and attach the diagonal braces to the center wood plank instead of the metal cross brace. They’ll be offset a little from center but it doesn’t matter.-these are not made with great precision, sometimes the bolt holes are a little too close to the posts to be able to get a socket on the nuts, just grab a crescent wrench and deal. Mark the boards for drilling using the actual frame piece to be attached, they’re not consistent enough to use a template.

These picnic table kits are extremely heavy duty and a perfect choice for our city park. We added cedar-toned treated 2x10's (purchased locally). These kits are a great value.
