I ordered pine mountain 2hr firelog 6logs for $15.99, but was shipped only one log. I tried to contact amazon and was directed to Pine Mountain and they said they cannot help me because they only ship to retailers. The merchandise listed on Amazon is not shipped and listed and Amazon is not willing to correct the problem

I read the reviews but decided to place this order to see for myself because the price was right ($15.99) if it was for six logs. It is indeed a single firelog and not a 6-pack as in the description. This review is based only on misrepresentation and not the product itself. My wife and I live in a one bedroom apartment with a fireplace in the living room and they work very well and last roughly 3 hours. They light quickly and burn evenly without the need to add kindling or stoke the fire. Amazon offered a refund once I submitted the return. I placed a new order for an actual 6-pack at $19.99 with Prime shipping.

I bought Pine Mountain Firelogs last year and they did their job. I had no complaints. Now the firelogs are getting a bad rap because someone, who is responsible for making sure 1 box equals 6 logs and not a single log, is not doing their job. To make matters worse, the problem hasn't been fixed in a long time.

It clearly says 6 logs. I ordered this thinking I was getting a deal. Instead I’ve been completely scammed!!! I’m really pissed that I actually ordered 2 orders thinking it would last a while. I can get 1 log down the street for $5.39!! Really pissed

I should have read the reviews, a number of people said they thought they were buying 6 logs (as is stated in the title description) but only received one. This is what happened to me as well. I would pass on buying this product for that reason, I have not used the one I have as we use them as a fire startedr for campground fires and we have not done that at this time.

This is only ONE SMALL 2-hour burning log, not six! The description said a 6-pack and showed a six pack box of these logs. I thought I was getting a good deal on a box of six. I received ONE two hour burning log. I just bought this exact same log for $3.49 at a local store!

The nay sayers here must have gotten a bad bunch or had some other issues. They light great burn great give nice heat and leave little ash. I burn them inside all the time there is no odor (other than the desired burning wood smell) very little smoke they are clean convenient fire for someone who wants a quick warm fire a few times a season. Much better than buying real wood and dealing with that mess and bug issues.
