Auto on and off - battery saving
This sight includes a motion sensor. To preserve your battery for maximum use, even if you don't shut it off yourself, your sight will automatically turn off after 15 minutes without movement.
Unless you turn the sight off, however, the sight remains ready to go. The sensor will reactivate the red dot at its previous brightness level as soon as you move your weapon again.
Hold the – button to turn the red dot off. The sight will remember the last setting used when it is reactivated

This is a very nice budget sight you would be surprised by it quality.I have sevral of them. All hold zero and have had no issues.iv had them on 5.56, 9mm pcc, 45 pcc 9mm ar platforms and on 3030 lever action. Pinty is a legit componey. If you thinks it's cheep because it's made in china.let me clue you in. If you do your research a lot of the higher end sights are made in china.if you have ever took these little red dots apart and compared them to the higher end ones like I did you would be shocked.more aluminum construction,aluminum screw pannel with rubber waterproof gasket to protect the circuitry.the circuitry compared to the higher end one is very noticeable. This little optic blows my sig romeo zero away. I will definitely purchase another when the time comes.

The size is compact and great for a pistol. Has been holding zero and accurate. No downsides except for its not rechargeable but the battery seems like it'll last awhile. The motion awake feature is nice and reliable. I have a different motion awake red dot and it doesn't turn back on after overnight, but this Pinty one does and works every time I pick it up.

I really wanted an optic for my Ruger Mark IVafter trying my Holosun on it before transferring the Holosun to my EDC, but I did not want to break the bank. I’ve put Pintys on other things where reliability was not critical and they’ve performed and held up really well, even in some really punishing applications.This little sight is no exception. I’m really happy with it.

I added this to my 22LR and it has out performed any other Red Dot I have used on it. The Shake Awake works everytime and it has kept zero all the way through this years activities. I use this ranging from 10 - 100 yards and the 2 MOA dot is always ON TARGET. The Dot is very easy to see on the brightest of days and when it is not as bright out lowering the dots brightness keep the dot crisp and clean. The glass is nice and clear, have not had any foggy up issues... Really interested on how it will work on a 556, I might give that a workout this fall and add to the review. I feel this is a great buy for the money...

It quit working after I shot about 20 rounds. I changed the battery with a brand new one and it quit again after about 30 rounds. Would not come back on.

I'm very pleased with this red dot, so much I have installed it on (2) AP5's, (1) 1022 Charger & (1) AK47. They are accurate and hold zero. I really like the shack to wake feature for quick target acquisition, highly recommend this. I'm a big Athlon Optics guy and have probably $6000 invested in scope and went with this over Athlon for its reliability and fraction of cost.

Update: For 2 moa its works. Except they sent me someone else's return. They made correct on this and therefore updating review and rank. Do not hesitate if on fence. Its a great mid-level red dot for the price point.
