FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is it waterproof?
Perhaps “waterproof” isn’t the best phrasing, as this brace will still absorb water. However, it is water-friendly, meaning it can be exposed to sweat and water without any added discomfort or damage. Great to wear in the shower or pool.
Can I wear it with shoes?
Yes, unlike normal plantar fasciitis braces, our daytime splint fits inside of shoes. The brace is small, lightweight, and easy to move with.
Washing instructions?
Secure fasteners and machine wash on delicate with like colors. Lay flat to air dry completely before reapplying. Do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.

I can’t speak to the efficacy of this for the advertised ailment - plantar fasciitis. I bought it hoping it would help with Achilles tendonitis. Not right for my injury.The return process was easy!

Certainly didn’t help my PF pain; might be doing something for the supination but it’s extremely subtle. Began falling apart after about 6 weeks.

I Highly recommend this product! I borrowed my daughters after I sprained my ankle and it works so well that I bought my own. I posted photos showing the progression from when it happened to a week later. With this product, I continued to live my life!!

It helped my foot feel better immediately. I would recommend the Velcro on the ankle be slightly larger.

I have been using it for several days and it seems to be working to alleviate the pain from my tendon problem. I would recommend this as it does help. Thinking about getting another one for the other foot.

Super simple and supportive ankle brace that’s perfect for running!! I love that I can adjust the tension that goes under my foot in either direction. I have had plantar fasciitis on and off for years and sprained one ankle a few times. Because of these issues, I have wore a few different braces, but this simple, slim brace will be the one from now on. Another nice feature is that it fits in my shoes. I love it!
