I traded from a SAVI 730 which has a behind the ear battery - but doesn't last very long. This headset comes with a spare battery which can be hot-swapped but I have never had to use it since the first battery keeps running forever.My only and major complaint is that even with an ear hook the headset seems unstable on my ear and fells like it's going to launch across the room if I turn my head quickly. The SAVI 730 design is much more to my liking.However, that aside, this is a great product which supports a PC, mobile and desk phone all in one device and has great sound both for you and the party at the other end. Great on Zoom calls too!

It says that it is a poly savi 8245 office standard. Well it isn’t. It is a poly savi 8200 office. I have very small ear canals and the smallest earbud was still to big and the piece that goes over the ear and not one of them fit correctly. I could not hear that well and tried on both ears and had all volume to 100%. Tried all the headset options and did not fit my head. If you have a small head or ears not for you. If you have a square head and face then it will be perfect for you. I would not recommend this product at all or the company I bought it from for falsely say it’s one model and it really isn’t. It’s hard to even give it one star rating.
