It arrived and I brought in right away. Branches broken, welted.. looks like it was frozen. It is for a House warming gift. I can't give this.. looks like a discarded plant. I want to be refunded

I'm really happy with how this plant turned out! This was my first time having a plant shipped to me and it came really carefully packaged and was in great condition. It is very leafy and green, and the soil was still moist. It's a good size and looks like it will grow well. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Money tree was packaged very well and showed up healthy and watered. However, the trunks aren’t “braided”. I don’t know if this happens over time or not. The trunks do have a green tie around them, so I’m leaving that on to see if it helps.

I love this company! This plant arrived bigger, healthy and more beautiful than I ever expected! It has a beautiful full shape and was not dry at all. I opened the top of the cellophane sleeve and the leaves spread open. It comes in a nice ceramic pot and florist wrapped with care instructions and ready to give as a gift. I will buy from this company again and often. This company provides exemplary service.
