These candle holders are the right size for my purpose. I am not using them for candles, but I am using one for a kokedama that I made. I'm using another candle holder placed on a concrete saucer. I placed a small air plant on 3 medium sized lava rocks on the candle holder. Both the kokedama and air plant look good displayed this way. The base of the candle holders are a little rough, and I don't know how to attach silicone bumpers or a piece of felt to the bottom rim. The rim is very thin and a little sharp so nothing adheres to it. I have to careful not to slide the candle holder on furniture or it will scratch.

These candle plates are simple but solid. The iron finish has a nice vintage feel, and they hold pillar candles securely. They work great as a centerpiece base or just to catch wax and protect surfaces. Adds a nice rustic vibe without taking over the table. Good set for events or everyday use.
