My kid (3 y/o) wants to roll it around. But it lasts about 4 seconds before the screws come undone and the wheels come off. He just wanted to roll it and was very frustrated when it kept falling apart. He can't keep the drill steady, so it's us parents who have to keep rebuilding it over and over again.

We purchased this as one of the Christmas gifts for our toddler last year. It's one of the few toys he still plays with very often. The little drill works very well & all the parts come together easily. Very good practice for hand-eye coordination! Great product :-)

Perfect for my 5 year old and 3 year old. The size is great for their little hands, the parts are easy to assemble and the quality is great. The kids are loving it! The only down side is the sound effects. It runs forever & becomes very annoying. To turn it off you have to disassemble the hood to get to the off switch. The switch should be easier to get to. Other than that, the car is perfect.

The box it came in was colorful with pictures of the product (as shown in the sales advert), and very nice if you're thinking of getting this as a gift.I bought this for my 3 year old hands-on son who loves to play with all manner of tools, screws, and take apart anything he can get his hands on. Unfortunately. So I tried to curb that behavior by buying this and similar "take apart, put together" toys so he can fulfill that desire safely.I didn't see anything unsafe or easily breakable in this set, and the drill makes satisfying sounds if we're being honest. It goes forward/back so it does teach and mimic real life behavior, including the 'stopping' sound when a screw is in all the way.

My grandson just turned four and he loved this. He and I played for at least an hour starting with the base frame and figuring out how to add the various pieces. He loved the fact that it could go from regular hardtop to convertible to race car and back. The drill did not always work for all the pieces but luckily he had a screw driver from his little tool kit that worked.

My 4 year old loves wheels and tires, assembling and disassembling things. This toy is perfect. He quickly learned how to assemble and disassemble this car on his own. He likes the 2 sets of tires so he can mix and match the rims. The on/off switch is not accessible if the car is assembled, but my son disassembles it himself to turn off the switch “so we don’t waste the battery” he says. But, if the wheels aren’t turning, the sound/lights don’t turn on. My biggest issue is that the tires don’t stay on when my son drives the car which frustrates him. Other than that, it’s a great toy and for a reasonable price ($19.99).

The drill is not easy to use for my 2 years old son. The wheels are difficult to screw, he needs a lot of help despite being clever. My mom has a similar toy that he can play alone.

Great little toy, my son loves to put it together and take it apart. However, I have it 4 stars because the button on the drill for reverse is extremely hard to push for smaller kids. I end up having to take it apart because he is not able to depress the button. Also, one of the wheels comes off each time you push the car due to the wheel turning the screw out as it moves. Slightly annoying.

This is a lot of fun, you can take the whole thing apart and put it back together. More fun because the electric drill opens and screws the screws. My five year old is well capable of doing it on his own, and it's fun to choose to build a few variations (roof, side panels etc.) The motion triggered engine noises (can be turned on or off) are also nice. Great value for money.

I bought it for my kid who just turned 3yr old. He likes to fix the things and imitates repairing vehicles. So I was searching in various shops for a toy in which he can remove tyres and other body parts of a vehicle and fix it easily( mechanical work not a complex puzzle). I found some cars in stores but they have some sharp accessories which I dint feel safe for a kid. I searched the amazon and found what I wanted. I ordered it without thinking twice as I was not able to find in any shops which are toddler friendly. When we opened it we fell in love with the bright colors and the blunt edges which are kid safe. batteries are not given for the gun so for few days we repaired with the hand which we loved and even with gun we are having fun of detaching and fixing it multiple times. I dint just like the engine sound which is continuous and not so nice. So switched it off and using the toy. I would definitely recommend it without any doubt for a kid who likes to repair or like to fix the things or 3D practical puzzle solving.
