Title says it all.I really liked the build of this tacklebox but I ordered it for boat fishing where water is inevitable. Sadly I’ve found out my unit is not “waterproof” as advertised, so I had to quickly dry out my tackle before the saltwater did its thing.Honestly I am disappointed and am past the return window. I’ll just have to keep looking for my perfect tackle box.

This is a review for PLUSINNO Fishing Tackle Box, Waterproof Tackle Box Organizer with Removable Dividers,1 Packs / 2 Packs Fishing Box Tackle Tray Lure Box and Terminal Tackle StorageI dislike the tackle boxes I had in my bag, so I snagged these. I am a member of Vine Voices, but I purchased this with my money, as it is half the price of the other boxes available, like KastKing and Ghosthorn.First off, the sticker on the top is super annoying. I got 4 boxes, so it took me quite a bit of time to remove them. It started off with me removing half of the first sticker with no problems, and then it went downhill. The other 3 boxes, I was able to get between 75% and 98% of the stickers off with no problem. The residue that remained on the boxes would not come off with alcohol, or nail polish remover. What ended up working, was lathering the cover in peanut butter (had some "past due" sitting in my cupboard, so I used that). I put it on the boxes, before bed, and then removed them the next day after work. Standing at the sink with dish soap and a rag cleaned the stickers off immediately. Allegedly, it should work after only 5 minutes or so, but I didn't want to mess with it anymore that night, so I left it on until the next night after work.During this process, the box definitely proved to me that it will keep out water. I don't know if submerging it in the lake will keep it dry inside, but it will definitely keep water out when it gets splashed. Everything else about this tacklebox is basically the same as any other, but it does feel pretty durable.Overall, I am pleased with these boxes, and may have given it 5 stars, if it wasn't for that obnoxious sticker. Hopefully the peanut butter thing works for anyone else reading the review as well.

Great tackle box to keep in the trunk with a collapsing rod. Holds plenty and easily customized with slats that can be moved.It's very solid and the latch is very sturdy. I don't worry that it will pop open, which has happened to me with more cheaply made boxes.Great value for the money.

These boxes appear to be sturdy and well made. I like that they appear water tight. They fit well in the Plusinno tackle bag that I have.

This box is well built. Plastic seems very durable with a latch that locks tight. It has good seals and appears to be waterproof. I like that the movable dividers click into place and are held securely. The only downside so far is the adhesive they used on the sticker, it's a beast to remove.... overall, seems like a great box.

These tackle boxes are thick plastic and well made. They form a tight seal and keep water and moisture out. They also have a convenient label on the outside to mark the contents for quick identification when they are stacked in a carry bag or in the boat storage. Plenty of dividers too. Highly recommended!

I wanted something waterproof to take out fishing from the kayak because there is no way for things to stay dry on a kayak unless you take a dry-bag and saltwater can destroy terminal tackle quickly. The first thing I noticed about this box was how thick and strong the plastic felt. The hinges and latch system are also extremely well made for this type of product. It has a nice seal built into the top and it latches tightly to keep it waterproof. It comes with a few dividers installed which you can take out if you want larger sections. it also comes with extra dividers that you can use to make sections as small as an inch wide. There is a white insert piece on the front which I'm not sure what is for, but it could be used to use marker and label contents such as "topwater", "crankbait", or such for when it is in a tackle bag with others with only the front showing. This would be really handy. I will be using it to just toss into the kayak to take a few things with me which it will be perfect for as well.
