product shown in the picture is what you get. Surprisingly holds roughly 25 pickleballs in the basket. Seems flimsy but as it fills up it stiffens up to hold the rest of the balls. Didn't want the long tubes and the tubes hold less than this making it easier to carry and has a higher capacity. I wouldn't say it will last forever but with some modifications could easily last you forever. Worth it if you practice with pickleball machine or practice with a partner while using multiple pickleballs.

Picks up balls well on hard court services. Works poorly when trying to pickup balls off lawn surrounding the court (even when freshly mowed). Switched to using a 5 gallon plastic bucket.

I much prefer this to a tube collector. It picks up one or two balls at a time, easily. It's lightweight, and it allows me to store my balls in it, in the trunk of my car.I've used it for several days, not weeks, so I can't speak to durability yet, but the only issues I foresee are: (1) If I use it on a wet court, the velcro straps might be affected. I don't plan to play in the rain, but there are times, particularly in the fall and winter when I've played on a court after rain or snow. (2) The balls might pop out of the unit in the car, but the unit does come with a ball bag into which the balls can be transferred. (3) I haven't yet figured out how to make it stand up as straight as the unit in the sales sheet. These are minor concerns. I truly like the way that it works and the weight.If the unit had a way to clip it to a fence so that it is easier to retrieve balls at arm level and less likely to get the bottom wet, I would rate it five stars.

I really like this as a ball retriever. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Much easier to pick up balls than with the tube.

Works well for picking up balls after a drilling session and easy to empty into the hopper of a ball machine. Time will tell how it lasts and only complaint so far is the one push button to collapse should face the opposite way to make it easier to take apart. We've just been leaving it together.

This product does not stand the test. The handle comes apart after so many uses, (After the warranty). It can and is being used with the broken handle.

A lightweight hopper sounds like an amazing idea and I really wanted this to be good, but the PodiuMax's fabric straps is just not "strong" enough to pick up tennis balls after you already have 12 or so in the hopper. Even after adjusting the straps to be as tight as possible, you still have to really push hard against the ground to pick up any balls after 12, and it gets harder and harder after each ball.This hopper may be great for pickleball but for tennis it gets 1 star.
