This gives undervoltage as reported by my RPi Raspberry Pi 2 running Octoprint. It still runs, but risking instability. Will need to find something providing 5.1v perhaps.

This seems to work with the Lutron Smart Bridge I have it connected to. The micro USB adapter is black instead of white (as pictured) if that kind of thing matters to you.

I got this adapter so that I could move my lutron hub away from my networking equipment and into a space more central in my house. This adapter is great because I can run one cat6 cable and get power and network connection all in one place. I also like that this adapter has small holes on the sides so that I could attach it to a wood beam. I like that this device is really small and compact and easy to conceal. The network cable connection is well made a clicks into place and does not feel loose. I am also impressed with this adapter because it has short cables coming out of it which is perfect for small devices. I also like that it has a green indicator light letting you know that the POE is on and working.

This definitely is a very convenient solution for providing both power and Ethernet to a Raspberry Pi with only one cord. I tried it with both a Raspberry Pi 4, as well as a Pi Zero 2 W with the included Micro USB converter, and it had no trouble providing both of these with all of the power they needed. 5v@2.5a won't be quite enough for the Raspberry Pi 5, but that's understandable, because the Pi 5 is super picky about its power supply. The only real downside to this adapter is the length of the cable. As you can see in the photo, it's just *barely* able to reach both the power and Ethernet ports on my Raspberry Pi 4, and is constantly tugging at the USB-C port, which makes me worry about that port's longevity. Other than that, no complaints with this adapter.
