Received as presented. I would recommend better packaging, as the items were "loose" inside of the kit box. The spark plug was bouncing around freely while in transit and came out of it's box, which could potentially damage the ceramic plug.

After opening the box i noticed the spark plug was loose in the box and the spark plug box was smashed. The air filter was damaged and had some black residue on part of it. Next time ill just go through polaris as the kit was only a few dollars more.

Items in kit are fine. The problem now is that the 4wheeler has been designed DELIBERATELY to keep the consumer from working on their own tune-up. Hello John Deere
