Your cart is empty.Brand new carburetor intake manifold for many Polaris Sportsman twin cylinder models. Cracked or leaking manifold will cause a lean condition and engine damage if not corrected. Get it back running like new again with this new intake boot. Includes the intake manifold and clamp. Intake diameter (carburetor side) is approximately 37 mm. Fits the 2003-05 Sportsman 600 and 2002-06 Sportsman 700 (carbureted models only). Replaces Polaris part number 1253415.

Weak point in fuel delivery for this ATV. If you use your ATV all year round have a couple of these handy. This is my third one I have replaced. Wet/ hot / cold makes them crack . This is not OEM but it’s half the price so you can afford extra
