I was really disappointed in this. First of all, it does not hold a charge for very long at all. After first charge, it sounded powerful, and the light was bright. Now after every charge the stun gun part of it is weak and will only shock for 2 or 3 seconds and the light is dim. It will stay that way the whole time before it dies again which is in less than a week. I guess if you wouldn't mind charging this every time your about to go out it wouldn't bother you much, but that really is ridiculous to make something that could save your life one day, be made so poorly. I reccomend you to look elsewhere.

Very loud distinct cracking noise when you press the stun button. Scared my dogs so bad they bolted to the other side of the house. They were a couple feet away.. and it still made them run and hide. Take camping to help with unwanted guests. ^_^

Great little stun gun/flashlight. Bright durable and shocking. I wanted to see how powerful the taser actually was so I had one of my kids (would have had my wife do it but not sure she would have stopped. Lol) zap me with it.And holy cow did that hurt. Definitely would stop someone in their tracks. Worked so good we bought one for all the women in our lives. (Not sure then men around them are thanking us). Class A product.

I like the ease of using the stun gun/flashlight. I bought it to carry with me when I walk my dogs as it is often still dark in the mornings when I walk them. It fits nicely in my fanny pack and I feel much safer having it with me.
