The whole sales pitch on why you should buy this box is because they place the hooks so that your necklaces have the longest length available to hang. Instead, the hooks are oriented like the box in the "other" photo, which they've just explained to you causes your necklaces to need to be folded and to be "stacked and messy". If I had not gotten this through the vine program, I would have sent it back. Comparable boxes with this orientation, with the hooks on the top of a "landscape" style orientation typically cost $7 to $8 less. I'm guessing they feel that the "Portrait" orientation is worth the extra money, but that's not what they are delivering.If I had actually ordered this type of box, I'd say it's not terrible for what it is, but I wouldn't say it was worth the price on this listing.

This box is not organized vertically like shown in the pictures. It’s horizontal and there is a ridge in the middle so my chains get all bunched up. False advertising.

Nothing to dislike about this perfect box for storing and keeping your precious 14k gold chains for which I really needed. It has nice hooks to hold your chains which prevents the chains from getting tangled. The size is incredible. The box is just what's described on the website. Also it will keep your gold shiny and ready to wear and you won't have to worry about dust. Great item to have and I do recommend this product.
