I've had this product for 6 months and with the help of HP, I have never gotten it to work. You would think you can plug it in and update and go. But it doesn't work that way. Great seller, it's not their fault, but the product is absolutely awful.

The only thing is that the video from the camera to conference table is a small view if it could appear lager.
