I ordered a NEW one of these cameras for $6k and the day I received the item I noticed on my orders page that the price went down $2k. Come to find out somehow I was shipped a USED-LIKE NEW item that I did not order. Thankfully I was refunded the cost and placed another order for the NEW item. Hopefully this doesn't happen again!

We've used the Poly X50 and X70 video bars at our business for several years now, and we've been impressed with the clarity of the camera and the sound. The TX8 controller is a nice touch, and we've integrated the units into our calendar and that works great. Ours are generally set up for Teams meetings, but they convert to Zoom meetings fairly quickly (our users let us know what they want)This is our go-to solution for our medium-sized (10-16) conference rooms, and we often pair these with the Poly Table Expansion Microphone which sits at the table.

Make sure that this is what you want. There is no refund for this item from Poly, so the vendor cannot refund you either.Products works okay but there are alternatives that are less expensive.
