We purchased a VVX401 to replace one that had failed. In the past these have been good phones, they may still be, but there is something wrong with these from Amazon.The first phone we received had a problem with the "up directional" button and the numbers "1, 2, 3". That made making phone calls impossible. We contacted Amazon and as usual they had no problem replacing the unit.The second phone arrived and it would not provision. When we tried to update the firmware, it would not take the firmware update provided by the Polycom server.
