Not supposed to work with 3cx in the cloud but I got it to work with my 3CX EC2 instance. It did take some work. The first challenge was replacing the existing firmware as everyone was locked down super tight. Not even the web GUI was accessible. After using a TFTP server to get newer firmware on it I then was able to push the 3cx firmware and manually program it in the web GUI to get it to work with 3CX. The price made it all worth it.

The phone worked well for 7 months. Then it got into a loop where it was trying to update the software but it never finished. We could not make a call. It was out of warranty by the time it stopped working so this nonprofit is out of luck.

This requires Power over Ethernet. That is rarely a problem as PoE adapters are cheap these days and often wired into an Ethernet wired office. Lets me put a conference room phone in the middle of the table without a power supply cord to tend with as well. Quality is good. Programmed by my VOIP phone provider in short order.

It was fine and one day it stopped working. Got stuck in a boot loop out of nowhere. It's past the 90 days, so now we have a dead phone. You might be lucky, though you never know.

I had to update the firmware about 7 versions but, once done, it worked fine.
