I am unable to provision these, or get to the Admin Settings. PW 123 works only to update the user profile. Factory reset, same result. Boot server is set to Century Link.

Bought 3 of these VVX450’s. Tried to provision with Zoom…no luck after 3 weeks of working with Zoom tech support. Apparently they were already provisioned and can’t be configured to work with Zoom.

I want to be clear, the seller never said this was a VVX 450 OBI as that is what you need for Google Voice. They are 100% honest. But it took me hours to get this device to work with Google Voice, and if you aren't technical, you will never survive what it takes. It takes a firmware upgrade from Polycom and a whole lot of reboots. So far it has been worth it. Google Voice seems to work well with this phone *BUT* it needs a major uplift or Google Voice ignores it.. Once again, the sellers NEVER promised it to work with Google Voice. They sold it as a Po0lycom VVX 450 and that is what you get.

It works gear for google voice but you have to go through a lengthy setup presses. I called them for help and they where great!
