This is a great little phone and the price was fair. It was a challenge to set it up but that's probalby because I was learning as I did it. Make sure you have a power cord, ethernet cable or wifi usb depending on your needs. Once set up, it's been very reliable.

The two VVX411 that I received were in good shape physically, with everything included. When it came time to provisioning them though, we ran into issues. Neither of these will work, doesn't matter if I follow the provided instructions to the letter or try the usual way. We're unsure what the issue could be, but we plan to return both.
