Poorly designed with foam only on the bottom. Thin padding on top does not keep balls from dislodging. Ineffective at keeping balls impact free. Many better options

Very nice case, the only reason for 1 less star is it seems that its a hair too shallow. So you really need to shove the balls in to keep them in place. Everytime I open up the case, some of the balls have fallen out of of their spot. Not a huge deal, but, still a bit annoying.

It does not hold the balls securely in place. And the flexibility of the outer structure makes it worse. So, as soon as you pick it up the balls come out...and when you open it again they are all over the place. Sort of defeats the purpose. I chose this case over the hard case because I thought about every time I would be setting it on the table to unload/load the balls and didn't want to take a chance on something that might damage the table. Someone needs to come up with a design that combines the soft flexible outer shell with a hard absolute inner shell that keeps the ball in place when you pick it up to carry it. Well, it's only 2025, maybe I'm expecting too much. We can get to the moon for sightseeing but this is asking too much apparently.

The blue fabric is more vivid than in the pictures. Looks good with the black.I found no flaws in the stitching. The zippers work smoothly. We loaded it up with pool balls. They fit very tightly. When the last balls were pushed into the holes the foam tried to partially eject adjacent balls. The case was easy to close regardless. I'm sure the foam will take a set with use.Performed a torture test. Loaded the case, then flipped it upside down and pulled the zipper open. Roughly 2/3 of the balls fell out. I didn't expect any of them to stay put. Obviously the thing to do is open the case with the up side up and the down side down. The shoulder strap is fine. It has a pad in the center.I think the zipper tabs are aluminum. They're not brass.Overall, it's a nice budget case. I thought it would be a little heavy when full but it wasn't.

We recently got a nice set of billiard balls and needed a suitable case, so we chose the Jaffzora Pool Ball Case.To start, I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. The case arrived wrapped in a plastic bag, which is standard and perfectly acceptable. The exterior material of the case feels high-quality, and the overall construction seems decent. However, since this is a soft bag with foam padding, I noticed that it appeared slightly crushed upon opening.I’m hopeful that it will regain its shape over time. It definitely does not fit perfectly to the interior balls. The balls fit snugly inside their cut-outs, which is a positive, but the overall feel when the case is closed wasn’t as secure at all - there is movement. While it’s functional, I’m considering switching to a hard case for better protection and peace of mind.Overall, the Jaffzora Pool Ball Case is adequate for those who don’t mind a softer option, but if you’re looking for more robust protection, a more secure way to carry and store your set, a hard case might be a better choice.
