  • The simplicity of the revolutionary new DENT BUFFER is only surpassed by it's convenience
  • It was developed after years of research by a glassblower whose passion for pool demanded excellence in his equipment
  • The DENT BUFFER smooths the jagged edge of the dent and helps to swell the crushed fibers of the wood with heat generated from the friction of rubbing. This makes the dent far less noticeable when the cue shaft is stroked in the bridge of the hand
  • The material used in the DENT BUFFER is specially formulated and made from the finest glass procurable. Glass has some very desirable traits not found in metals, plastics or acrylics - Glass won't rub off.
  • Made in the USA. DO NOT use on urethane or polymer coated cue shafts, cue butts, or coated Irish Linen wrap. These finishes are brittle and will rub off under pressure

This dent buffer works great for getting dings out of your cue. Be careful not to drop it or it might crack in half but, when necessary, I keep buying the same because it works well.

Product works just fine, but there is a scratch in the glass near the handle end, that if I was to use that section on my shaft would leave scratches pits and gouges. I don't know how this got through any form of quality control. Returning damaged product and I'm going to try again.

I was somewhat skeptical as I would lightly sand my shafts to reduce the "dents", but could still feel them during strokes. After using this tool, which is very simple, the dents were much more reduced / removed. Very happy, and I don't typically write reviews.

If you are a wood shaft hold out, this tool should be in your case. It smooths out shallow dings and small dents with a little elbow grease!

It's nice to know there is a tool specifically made for removing dents, and it is effective if you have the patience to use it properly. As any pool player knows, getting dents in your cue is as heartbreaking as it is inevitable. This tool cheered me right up since I can now erase all the painful memories of letting a "friend" use my cue.

Doesn't really do that good of a job. It works but not great.Maybe I'm just doing something wrong. But it is so simple to use what could I be doing wrong?
