42001-0060S(3902) Water Pressure Switch
This 42001-0053S thermistor is compatible with Pentair Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm and Pentair MasterTemp pool and spa heaters electrical system.
Purpose
Detects water pressure to ensure the heater operates under appropriate conditions.
When to replace?
Replace the 42001-0060S(3902) Water Pressure Switch when the system fails to start due to incorrect water pressure detection, shows abnormal or fluctuating pressure readings, shuts down frequently, or if the switch is physically damaged or worn out during regular maintenance.
42001-0053S Thermistor Sensor
This 42001-0053S thermistor is compatible with Pentair Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm and Pentair MasterTemp pool and spa heaters electrical system.
Purpose
Measure temperature and regulate equipment operation.
When to replace?
Replace the 42001-0053S thermistor if you notice temperature reading issues, fault codes, frequent device shutdowns, physical damage to the thermistor, or during regular maintenance when its lifespan has ended.
42002-0024S Stack Flue Sensor
This 42002-0024S Stack Flue Sensor replacement fit for Pentair Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm and Pentair MasterTemp pool and spa heaters electrical system.
Purpose
Used to detect the temperature of the flue to ensure safe operation of the heater.
Operating temperature from -20°C to 105°C
When to replace?
Replace the 42002-0024S Stack Flue Sensor when the system shows fault codes, the system shuts down frequently, the sensor is physically damaged, or during regular maintenance if performance has declined.
42001-0063S High Limit Switch
This 42001-0063s high limit switch replacement fit for Pentair Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm and Pentair MasterTemp pool and spa heaters electrical system.
Purpose
Shuts off the gas supply when the temperature exceeds safer limits to prevent dangerous situations.
When to replace?
Frequent system shutdowns; Sensor's teeth rusted or failed.

This 42001-0025S Gas Shutoff Switch replacement fit for Pentair Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm and Pentair MasterTemp pool and spa heaters electrical system.
Purpose
Disconnects the circuit when the temperature exceeds safer limits to prevent overheating.
When to replace?
Frequent system shutdowns; Sensor's teeth rusted or failed.

I purchased 2 Repair Kits. Same problem as mentioned in a prior review. Pulled one switch out of unlabeled plastic to determine if it was the High Limit Switch (should be marked 135 degrees). No mark. Compared it through the plastic to the other switch. They are identical. No way to determine between the Automatic Gas Shut Off (AGS) and High Limit Switches (HLS) as there are NO Labels or Markings on the Switches. Asking seller to clarify. I am waiting for an answer. I will edit this feedback if and when they get back to me with an explanation. In searching for the answer today, I noticed it says that the product comes with instructions. NO Instructions. Also, maybe not that big of deal, but no teflon tape on switches as shown in picture. I've replaced a few of these and have never had the HLS arrive without teflon. It is possible they accidentally gave me two AGS's per Kit and NO HLS's--like I said, I'm waiting for an answer. Negative feedback because this is a reoccurring issue with the Seller.
