Horsehair brushes are the only way to go. The original brushes that came with my table had stiff nylon bristles that left marks on my cloth and constantly shed. These brushes are made with natural horse hair that make it super easy to remove dust from the cloth surface. I did experience shedding during the first couple usages, the manufacture said this is common when breaking in new brushes and suggested buffing the bristles back and forth over a cloth towel to dislodge any remaining loose hairs prior to using on the table. Since I did this, I have not had any more shedding. Happy with my purchase and highly recommend.
