This set comes with pretty much everything you need to install your dashcam, including:- Wet Wipes- 2 sets of 2pcs of 3M double-sided tape (DST henceforth) in different sizes that can be cut to shape- Auxiliary stickersNote that the DST has two backings, a yellow side and a red side (with the 3M and mfr logo and which they thoughtfully included a "lip" to easily peel it off); per the manual, the yellow side should be mounted to the dashcam base and the red side goes against the windshield. The plastic bag that the DST comes in has a diagram showing adheison "Stickness" over time:24 hrs = 80% | >48 hrs = 99%and they state to wait 24hrs after application before using - thus it's best to not disturb the dashcam for at least 24hrs.Another important thing to note is that the Aux stickers are to be used as additional support and should remain on for 48 hours. This will help ensure that the DST is able to achieve maximum adhesion (especially during colder weather ) so don't skip this step!

The adhesive pads were easy to cut to size, though they’re a bit thicker than I expected. The adhesion is pretty strong as well. I also appreciate that they included alcohol wipes in the pack—saved me the trouble of finding rubbing alcohol. An interesting addition is the "auxiliary stickers," which act as temporary supports while the main adhesive sets. I found it a bit excessive, but at least they don’t leave any residue on the windshield the next day. Do note, you should wear gloves when handling them to keep any oils from interfering with the adhesive. And avoid direct sunlight during application to prevent bubbles from forming due to expansion. They worked perfectly with my dash cam mounts, so no complaints there. I did it with the first try, but I don't think they are reusable. Overall, would recommend!

Pros:Everything you needCons:None. This was super easy to use. They included wet wipes to clean the glass beforehand. Once dry, you simply peel and stick.Critical step: Be sure to use the included tape to hold your dashcam to the window while the double-sided adhesive pads dry. This is mentioned in the instructions and even on the plastic wrap the pads come in. The temporary tape helps keep the dashcam in place while the pads dry. You simply keep the extra tape attached for 48 hours then you can peel the temporary tape off and the adhesive pad will keep the dashcam in place as long as you want it there.

Very adhesive I like how strong the adhesion that this one offers. I just think it is a bit on the expensive side for what you get. However, if you are looking for something that works. This one does for sure......

These adhesive pads for use with a dashcam are excellent. They include wipes for cleaning the surfaces. The adhesive is massively sticky, and so far everything is staying exactly where it should. A good deal for the price.

I had to remove a dashcam to transfer it to another car, and this adhesive was perfect after cutting it to the correct size. There was one for my front camera and one for my rear camera. The adhesive has stuck well so far in a frigid winter. I'm glad a product like this exists since it's hard to find OEM replacements. The instructions are easy to understand.

Love that they included the alcohol wipes in the pack so I didn't have to go looking for rubbing alcohol. The stickers were super easy to cut to spec too. I'll admit that they're a little thicker than I was expecting, but man are they sticky. Interestingly enough, the set even comes with "auxiliary stickers" to act as supports while waiting for the main ones to dry. I kinda found the redundancy a little funny, but at least they don't leave a residue on the windshield the next day. Definitely need to wear gloves while using them though because you don't want to get any organics on the adhesive. Plus it's best to avoid direct sunlight so any secondary expansion doesn't lead to bubbles forming. No problems with them sticking to my camera mounts either so it's an easy thumbs up. Just be aware that they're not reusable so you only get one shot. In fact the reason I needed them was because I messed up with cutting the adhesives that came with my cameras in the first place. Like I said, you only get one shot, so make it count.

I recently got the 4-pack dash cam adhesive pad kit so that I could move my dash cam to my other vehicle.I was able to cut the adhesive pad to the size I needed with a pair of scissors. It was simple to install: I cleaned the surfaces with rubbing alcohol, peeled the backing off, and pressed the pad firmly into place on my dash cam mount without the camera (it is recommended to wait 24 hrs before attaching the camera). The red film with the tab made peeling easy, and the pad adhered very well to my windshield.I have not yet tried the pad in extreme heat, but it has worked perfectly in sub-zero temperatures. There has been no loss of adhesiveness, and my dash cam has been stable even in freezing weather. While I have not yet removed the pad, I think that any residue would be quite easy to wipe off glass surfaces with WD-40 or a special adhesive remover. The adhesive strength has remained solid, with no loosening of the pad or falling off of the dash cam.So far, there is nothing about the product that I do not like. It has performed to all my expectations and worked exactly as claimed. My dash cam is relatively light, so I can't speak for how well it would hold up with something much heavier.I highly recommend these adhesive pads to anyone seeking a sturdy and versatile solution to install their dash cams. They should work for drivers who are in extreme environments, and anyone who values simple installation and secure adhesion.Overall, this product performs as advertised and has made my dash cam installation hassle-free. I feel it will continue to function well.

I installed a dash cam in my sons vehicle as he is a new driver and wanted one. I didn't quite get the placement correct and needed to reposition it. Thanks to these pads, I was able to do that, and have it just as secured as when originally installed. The pads are 3M, which in my opinion are simply the best you can get. The kit includes 4 pads that can easily be trimmed with scissors to the shape and size you want. You also receive 4 cleaning wipes for cleaning the inside of the glass (do not skip this step). I cleaned first really well with Windex and a cloth and then a final cleaning with one for the provided cleaning wipes. Next, they provide 2 strips of tape to secure the camera for 48hrs. The mounting plate on this camera is detachable so I taped just the mount for 24 hours before attaching the camera and have not had any problems. For ease of removal down the road (pun intended), I recommend using these in combination with an electrostatic film designed for this purpose. Otherwise, these are so sticky removal can be difficult (I had to use floss to cut it away as I didn't use electrostatic film the first time). Once the film is on the window (bubble free) stick the pad on the camera using the side covered in yellow paper, and then remove the red paper and stick that to the film. When time to remove, just peel the electrostatic film off the glass (film is like a light duty screen saver used on electronics). At time of review, these sell for just under $11. Given the size and quality of these (again, they are 3M) I think there is value here at that price. These are good pads that make installation mistakes or transfers to other vehicles easy to do.

Ok, I live in an area where winters are cold and snowy. And this means that there's a lot of gravel on the roads for traction. Which leads to a new windshield every spring. Which means re-mounting my dashcam. You can see where this is going.I've tried other adhesive pads, and I've had varying levels of success. While these SEEM expensive, I can tell you right away they're worth it. They're thin, and they work. If you need to move your dash cam (s) to new glass, get these.
