Kids between the ages of 4 and 8 would love this toy because it allows them to creatively play with dinosaurs they’ve read about in books. It’s fun to switch the body parts and make a new dinosaur. It’s also great for imaginative play.

My 3.5-year-old daughter fell in love with these at the local library. I ordered them to prevent a full-on meltdown when leaving the library because she did not want to leave her "purple Brontosaurus". The box arrived the next day and contained pieces to make 4 different dinosaurs (Ankylosaurus, Brontosaurus, Pterodactyl, Spinosaurus). The pieces are also mix and match, allowing for creative play and design. I also have a 2.5-year-old son who loves playing with these. The pieces and magnets are extremely durable and easy to clean. This is a toy that will stay in your rotation, your kiddo will enjoy playing with it again and again. The box design is also great and includes pictures of all the different mix and match opportunities. This one is a winner!

I have 2 different sets of these Dino’s and my toddler loves them. Easy to put together, great size, vibrant colors, these are great quality and very sturdy. Worth the money!

I work in a preschool and a couple of toys caught my attention. The children really enjoyed the Magnetic Mix or Match Dinosaurs and Jungle animals from Popular PlaythingsSo for Christmas I ordered both for my grandson. He was so excited at first but once he started playing with them, they came apart easily which indicated the magnetic components were very weak. Watching him be frustrated was upsetting and then a little angry. These products aren’t cheap and for him to end up losing interest bothered me...But in my school the same toys held together much better. This possibly tells me the newer toys that I purchased recently are lower in quality.Please let me know what the next step is.Thank you,Grace Beach

'Kid-tested" by a 2 1/2 year old, and given a 5 star rating because of perfect size and easy to interchange parts. Given a 5 star rating by an adult, because it is a quality product at a fair price, and...because the kid really, really likes playing with them!
