I sanded truck completely with 60 grit... sprayed with a bed liner gun and it looked great.... for 2 weeks... and the peeling has begun... I have contacted por15... I guess we will see what they will do... not holding my breath... as with all companies who claim they have the best products they don't back their product... I guess I will see...

Did the proper prep work. Sprayed on great with good coverage. Two weeks later the pealing started. Almost all came off. I have used Por15 before worked great but this stuff was bad.

I love this stuff, but BEWARE- it says that you can apply it with a brush, but that you won't get "optimum" results- DON'T USE A BRUSH! The brush hairs collect the rubber bits and lay them down in clumps and then they cannot be spread out evenly after that- your job will be ruined. If you use a roller instead, you will get professional results from this product. I used it on top of floorboards for an old truck. For small jobs like mine, find a roller that has about a 1/4-3/8" nap. I tried one of those cheap, small rollers with the short fuzz nap on them, and it didn't work properly. Changed to a deeper nap and suddenly everything laid down beautifully. I applied this over one coat of POR15 paint, after the paint was dry.

Applied this product according to the directions... Within 1 week of application it began peeling in several areas. I Had to end up ordering a real Bedliner to cover all the peeling. This product is nothing more than black paint (it is not even thick like you think it would be) Definitely not worth the money. The preparation is very intense & then it doesn't stick anyway!

Worked out well for me, I used on a 72 truck, I first put down chassis saver on the bare metal, the. I scuffed the chassis saver with scotch bright. I could tell that if you apply this product to shiny surface it doesn't not adhere or apply well. Keep this product mixed well as the aggregate settles. I found some rollers worked better than others. Bushing this on wasn't too bad. I bought a ALs liner brand roller kit from Amazon which worked the best out of any of the other rollers I tried from the hardware store. I used a grease and wax remover after scuffing the base paint. This stuff doesn't smell too bad when applying but wear some cheap disposable gloves from autozone etc. it's not fun to get off skin. I did notice if you run the roller over a area too much it seemed to make it worse rather than better. I ended up doing 3 coats to get more of the aggregate down. For a roll on version this doesn't look too bad. I didn't want to mask off the entire car nor did I want to spray in my garage.

PLEASE READ! - If you're not willing to do all the prep work that is required with this product then please don't buy it. Also remember, you get what you pay for. Now, if you do buy this product and follow the directions, you will love it!! We ended up having to do 2 coats to get it covered to our liking. So far we have received a lot of compliments and it seems to really be holding up well. Please keep in mind we covered the truck to get rid of all the scratches, we do not haul anything so I can't speak to how well it will hold up with that.

This stuff is Awesome! Bought a cheap spray gun and played with the pressure a bit and covered the entire inside of my Jeep Wrangler YJ with 2 coats...Unfortunately for me the following days had temps below 40 degrees and didn't allow this stuff to cure properly. The entire back half started to crack and peel. I waited till the spring, prepped the back half and was still able to spray 2 coats on the back half of the tub which finally used up the gallon. Still gets 5 stars as the cracking and peeling was on me and I would buy again without a doubt, just be mindful of ambient air temp (which is listed on the container).
