These bowls were perfect size for a yogurt parfait bar we served at a recent brunch. Not too big and not too small. Stylish design and good quality. Dishwasher safe. Would recommend

Actually use these as butter dishes (for 1# blocks of butter) and they are just right. Seem to have some resistance to chipping.

I like the geometric look of these bowls. Definitely different than a traditional round bowl. They are well made of porcelain. A nice size to even use for a side dish, snacks, or a cup of soup. They also work well for serving a salsa or other dipping sauce or cheese. The white color is neutral enough to go with just about any other dishes. They also stack nicely for storage. I hand wash my dishes and these wash up well although the corners require a little more attention. Five stars.

These are super cute dishes and despite the fact that my shelves are exploding with dishware i had to have em. But they do make great bowls for ice cream or little snacks. They are rather thck not flimsy so i'm not worries they 'll break easily. I have them in white i kind of wish they came in colors but the hite would make a cute backgound for some craeative artwork...hmmmm. They are nicely glazed, I would not put htem in the dishwashr though. Handwash only. But little so not hard to wash!

I recently ordered the Medieval Set of 6 Square Porcelain Serving Bowls and am extremely happy. Not only do they have a great modern look, but they are also the perfect size for my needs.The square shape of the bowls not only feels modern but it also allows them to fit wonderfully in my cupboards. Another plus is that they nest well, making storage a breeze. I've used them in the dishwasher without any problems, and when I use them in the microwave, they don't get strangely hot.I find myself using these bowls for everyday meals, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them for a special occasion.
