I've bought more expensive jackets on Amazon and from brick-and-mortar stores. And unfortunately, I don't wear a lot of them because they don't fit well. This one, however, is the least expensive jacket I've bought that fits surprisingly well. It's thin and I see it as something I'd wear in the fall and spring, perhaps even summer.

It fits well with the right length. It does not beath, so can be a sauna in warm weather.

I bought this to wear while cashiering near the front door of the store I work at, as cold breezes come through often. It fits perfectly (I bought medium size, and I weigh roughly 180 pounds). It's not so heavy I get overheated, but not so light as to not help; it is just right. It breaks the breeze and provides just enough extra coverage. It is also made of material that dirt and such can be brushed off easily, which is perfect for my line of work. Well worth the investment!

Gripe number one. The jacket is listed as cotton, but felt like plastic polyester. Gripe number two, and the biggest gripe, is that I set up a return of the jacket, got the label and instructions only to see that I had to pay postage. I put the jacket back into the same package I received it in and took it to three different postal services, USPS, UPS and Postnet. Each one would cost me around roughly $17 to send it back to California. The thing is, I have Prime and free shipping so a $20 jacket returned for $17 postage would've gotten me $3 back... I am now the not so proud owner of a jacket neither I, nor my father in law, will ever wear. I learned something very important from this experience. If you want to insure you never have to give refunds, make the customer pay for shipping...

I wasn't sure when I ordered, but I love this jacket. Very light weight and warm when there is a chill in the air. Sleeves are a bit long for my fit, but I can easily fix that. Love the inside pockets. Very happy with this purchase.

The XL jacket fits like a L shirt. You would normally expect a jacket to fit looser than a dress shirt because you would have layers under it. The jacket is OK, but you should order one or two sizes larger than normal.Also, there is no lining. There are probably better choices than this one. For the price it is OK for my needs, but I wouldn't really recommend it.
