All masks have a bad chemical smell! This product should not be sold. I bought this for my 10 year old and the machine is very noisy, not easy to carry, and doesn't produce as much mist as my other machines. I don't recommend this at all! Tried contacting support, no response.

I think it doesn’t work very well. My husband who is mechanical engineer thinks there is something wrong with its motor. It is disappointing because it isn’t eligible for returns and we can’t send it back. Don’t buy it.
