I was tired of having to replace expensive water coolers when they would break about every year or so. The prices were continuing to go up and up. I bought this device months ago and it still works very well. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is tired of spending too much money on water coolers. One slight drawback is that it does not cool your water but for me that’s not a problem because I like ambient temperature water.

I bought this pump in hopes that it would last for a year at least, I unboxed and set it in my 5 gallon bottle, worked great for one day, next day does not work… so I charged it as per the instructions but still not working.

this works fine, i just didn't like how you have to charge it. it does last quite a while. it worked for my purposes, i eventually just waited until my fish tank was low enough that i could just add the whole 5 gallon jug rather than a little at a time.

I use this electric water dispenser on top of a 3 gallon water bottle to fill my Keurig. It saves me from having to fill up the Keurig every couple of hours. Yes, I did say hours !!! We drink a lot of coffee and decaf. We have tried other electric water dispensers that were problematic from the beginning. Neither would stay charged for more than a couple days and the charging port rusted on one of them. The all make loud noises, so this may be unavoidable. The major differences, though, are this brand has flawlessly stayed charged for a week at a time. It also looks and feels like a higher quality product. There has been no rusting or mechanical issues and the water actually tastes better than the others did. I have had it for three months and have no complaints at all. It is on the noisy side but it seems like they all are. I would definitely purchase again!!

I could not fit a larger water machine in my apartment but wanted to be able to buy the larger 5 gallon water bottles so that we werent constantly running out if water. This does the job perfectly, sits on top of the opening just like a faucet and its easy to press the button to get a cup of water. Makes w small amount of noise but it’s not extremely noisy. Wish the spout had a way to secure it more securely instead of just being “placed” on top of the bottle opening as it tends to turn around on the bottle top. Charge tends to last awhile and I’ve had no issues with it. All in all happy with the product.

Edit: It bit the dust after 2-1/2 years, so downgrading to four stars. I don't know how long something like this should last. I really hate that it's going into the landfill. I did buy another similar product, because the product is genius.It does exactly what it claims. The flow is not dramatic, but perfect for getting a cup of water, or to fill the dog's bowl. The charge lasts through several 5 gallon bottles of water. I like the LED light, as I keep the water in a pantry and I don't need to turn the light on in there to see the water being dispensed. It comes with two water lines/hose, whatever you call it. The unit charges quickly, but you have to use the charging cable that comes with it. Although a phone charger may fit, it doesn't seem to charge properly.

Works very well, use this on the 4gallon containers when camping and at the house. Battery lasts through a couple bottles. Not the quickest if your trying to fill a gallon bottle, but easier than pouring and takes up a lot less room then a cooler and much cheaper!

I really like the water jug pump. It was super simple to Charge and use. Some people complain of being LOUD. Not Loud to me, you are only using it to refill your container or cup or bottle. I use it to refill my 16.9 Ounce Water Bottles, it fills it up Super Fast and when you stop it, there is Not even one drip of water. It was wobbly at first sitting on my 5 Gallon Jug. But I fixed that. I put a hole in my Cap on my Water Jug and when I set the water jug pump on it, well it don't wobble anymore. And you can glue the cap to the water pump if you like with a hot glue gun or JB Weld Glue. But I like mine sitting on the Cap of the 5 gallon jug, easy on and off. You can buy extra Water Jug Caps at Walmart, a two pack for 98 cents.Would I buy the Water Jug Pump Again, YES?

1. Design is elegant and overall build is good.2. Water flow not so powerful.3. Only 2 pcs of silicon hose provided, and I can see it is highly unlikely to be able to order separately as 'spare parts', it means sooner or later this dispenser will be of no use.4. Instead of USB cable they should provide complete power supply adaptor, buyer will be more than happy to pay little bit more for a better option.

It was perfect for camping! Super simple to recharge in the car USB slot. The blue LED light was also great in the dark
