This product to me looks like it should cost much more than it does I think it's made extremely well it looks really nice and it works unbelievable, the first time you use it only pump it till the air is just below the green on the gage and make sure it's seated all the way in the hole

My wife has Alzheimer’s disease and puts who knows what down the drain. I go through a container of LIQUID PLUMR PRO STRENGTH CLOG REMOVER, that works very well, every month. My kitchen drain clogged a few days after I received the Air Drain Blaster so I gave it a try with not a huge amount of pressure. It helped but I increased the pressure and blasted the drain again and water ran freely. I used it again yesterday with more pressure. This time the sink had nearly stopped draining. Blasted it one time and it’s wide open. Not only is it a money saver, it only takes a few minutes to use and is a very clean operation.

I bought it for my apartment building , but today at my house my kitchen sink was clogged , in 4 minutes it went together not looking at instructions and sink was cleared, it pumped up fast and I pulled the trigger . Sink was cleared ! It’s real well made with extra gaskets at instructions east to read . It’s a unit you will probably have 50! Years and it will still work . 10 stars ! I wish I had this 39 years ago ! It will save me money on less plumbers and less time wasted removing traps !! Good product ! Should be in every home and apartment building. Also you need a battery powered tire inflator or air tank or compressor. It’s hard to pump up enough. I used a battery powered tire inflator today , the proper pressure makes a big difference! 😆👍

BACKGROUND:We have a problem sink in the master bath that the AC drains continuously into. For some reason, it keeps getting clogged, requiring frequent disassembly and snaking with an auger deep into the wall (to clear).We have a professional, high powered auger (RIDGID 35473 K-45AF @ ~$350), purchased after the last plumber/clown charged several hundred to use a $25 drill attachment (without success).This time, as the sink backed up yet again, we tried taking things apart, snaking the entire 25ft several times. No luck.We tried filling the sink with water, blocking the overflow, and using a plunger. No luck.I saw some threads discussing compressed air and figured that was worth one last try before calling the plumber (absolute last resort, given the crazy charges for mere minutes of essentially unskilled labor). It arrived maybe an hour ago.ASSEMBLY:Piece of cake. The instructions are fine in this.BUILD QUALITY:It feels/looks like some device out of WWI... built like an absolute tank. It has serviceable parts/o-rings, etc... which is pretty incredible at this low price point.USAGE:Here's were the instructions didn't cover enough... it should have mentioned that you needed to fill the sink/shower/whatever to use the water column as the ram, block off overflow holes, and really just work to eliminate compressible air in the path of the cannon, as this will compress instead of moving the water column. It's like air in your brake lines... not a good thing.WHAT HAPPENED:We filled the sink.We blocked the overflow hole with AC tape. Very solid seal, and water tight.We pressurized the cannon to a starting pressure of 0.3 MPa, per the instructions.We [tried] to shield from an expected splash.We discharged it.Big splash, big bang. No luck.So we stepped it up a bit, I believe to 3.5 MPa, again per the instructions. This is below even the "safe" for PVC threshold.This time I also really put my weight down over it, to hopefully prevent any discharge around the seal and make sure it all went into the drain. Again, my wife held the towel around the sink as a splash guard. We didn't expect much there.I discharged it a second time.The house shook. The windows shattered. We collapsed, injured and fumbling through the wreckage. Sirens began to wail in the distance, but we could no longer hear...Ok that last part didn't happen, but MAN what an explosion. It sounded about like an artillery explosion. It also *completely* blew my seal of the overflow hole, launching a jet of water into the bathroom mirror so strong that it splashed outward, covering the ceiling and walls with water in an instant.I was also drenched (face and chest), but I was expecting that. Mmmm sewage water......but the satisfying whoosh of water and instant vortex told us it had worked. ~$60 and about 2 minutes of total effort (including assembly)? Yes please. All day long.---Now I'm kind of excited for out next shower clog... it's only a matter of time! :)

Funciona de maravilla. Llamamos a un plomero y en ves de resolver nuestros problemas tapó la regadera. No la pudimos destapar por más que pusimos Drano y bombeamos con bombas normales. Esta bomba la destapó al primer intento, no parecía que hubiera hecho nada porque no hizo un gran ruido ni nada, pero el agua ahora se va como nunca. Estamos muy felices.

So I got this for a persistent drain clog Situation that requires constant plunging or drain cleaning. I've tried other plungers liquids crystals all the stuff that you would find at the hardware store. Except this thing, you cannot find it at your local hardware store. Maybe the $300 version of it made by Milwaukee, but that's a lot of money. That said, this one I found and holy smokes. Does it provide results, this thing will plunge through anything. Keep in mind if you keep pumping pressure onto the holding tank the bigger the blast so I keep It below the red warning threshold and let it rip. It clears clogs in 1 to 2. Hits has butt loads of water pressure and is pretty easy to assemble and pretty easy to use. If you've ever used the bike pump, you can handle this one. The size is pretty much a water cannon and already it has paid for itself with chessel and use. This is Mega amazing value for the money and highly recommend this. Just keep in mind there's a lot of splashback that you will get. So if you're using this in the shower drain, lay a plastic over the entire area that you're going to plunge or if you're going to use it in the toilet, try to remove as much water if you can. If not, lay a trash bag over the whole thing inside the bowl to keep all that stuff from bouncing out. Also this comes with various adapters and extensions. Make use of them, you won't regret it.

I live in a condo with shared plumbing between the units. I had a stubborn clog in my bathroom sink for a month which I thought could be fixed by snaking my pipes and snaking my neighbors pipes. Snaking both our drains did not fix the problem....I thought I would give this thing a shot before throwing in the towel and calling the plumber.Holy cow it worked on the 2nd try!! First time - I made the mistake of opening my mouth and gulping some dirty water from the backwash that sprayed everywhere. I had to flip the plastic bowl tip upside down because the regular way of putting it on would not have worked for me. My sink is an old funky one. If you have plastic drain pipes like me - u may want to put something under your p-trap to support it.Overall - this tool saved me a lot of money and I'm happy I bought this.
