It works great. Had it for 2 years. It does burn your skin a bit at 9 but there’s expected. There’s no actual red light in it.

I have always liked light therapy, it works wonders for the body and mind. I just zoned right out, takes away any stress. I would highly recommend giving this a try. Very easy to use.

I had wanted one of these for about 2 years and I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger. The bag is a little heavy but nothing I can't handle, folds up nicely with the attached storage bag which can be put in a cupboard. It's sturdy and and great value for money. I would recommend that anyone new to using a home sauna.Start with a low - medium setting then work your way up. The heat does get hot and I recommend you wear socks and a long sleeve t shirt. This product is just as good a going to a gym without the other gross sweaty people This is product is a sold 100/10

So I’ve been using the MiHigh for a week now and the product itself is great.However, the one side of the bag had a couple loose threads but didn’t think much off it until after grabbing the bag today the one strap gave up.Not sure how long this means then blanket itself is going to last?

Purchased this blanket Dec ‘22, used 30-40 times. The controller has stopped turning on. It is not moved often so the unit was not damaged; just stopped working. I like the sauna blanket and it does the job. But it is not a good investment if only holds up to minimal use.Update: I reached out to MiHigh and they sent a new controller. Happy with their communication and response.Update 2: new controller arrived quickly. Blanket is MUCH hotter with new controller. I have seen reviews that the blanket does not get hot enough. This may be due to faulty controller.

Quality is not there on this one. It would be simple to use except that you have to slide yourself into it, because if you actually open it good luck getting it closed up properly. The benefit of the velcro was to help keep in the heat in and the cool out, but I still can feel the cold air. Also the inner liner shifts on you. Just the overall quality vs some of the others, doesn't really match up. Last the heat is inconsistent, one minute it's burning and the next it's cool. Probably will end up returning.

I bought one of these blankets to use for pain management. It works very well and heats up better and hotter than any other blanket I tried. it is much higher in price, but you expect quality. About a month ago I experienced a small shock from the blanket and after I was done using it I looked and the bottom had burnt together and burned through the mat. I contacted MiHigh's customer support for assistance and did not receive a response despite 5 emails to them. I then decided to go through the Amazon review process to see if I could get through to them. I received an email within 2 days, and they worked with the company to comp me a new sauna blanket. I was very impressed with the speed of service once I got a representative. Not only did they comp me for the price of a new sauna blanket, but they are sending me a free experience kit. What started as a bad review of the company's customer service changed, thank you!

Pretty pricey but totally worth it. I purchase mine with the payment plan so my wallet doesn't feel that withdrawal.Pros:comes with a bag gor easy storagePlug cord is removable for storageSweat Sweat and more SweatMy body type: I am 5 ft 2 inch about 176lbs and have plenty of room to tiptoe in bag. Width also wiggle room.Cons:Their pamphlet or website doesn't show temperature with respect to level setting. So I couldn't tell how hot it actually was.There's no sound for when the timer is up so just keep an eye.My personal opinion:I personally had trouble getting in on my own if I place it on bed. I would recommend on the floor since it'll be flat and sturdy surface. Do wear long sleeve,leggings, socks for starters and the pamphlet will recommend that attire as well. The controversy regarding the calorie loss is something I can't confirm on my end either so I don't know how many calories I lost during a 60 min session.
