I suggest using a more sturdy potty for on the go. My daughter didnt want to use it at all. It’s very low as well

When you are potty training a toddler, you always have to be prepared. When you live 30 minutes away from town, then a portable potty seat is a must! We have had our share of accidents because of the distance we are from town. I didn't realize portable pottys existed, so I had to get this when I saw it! I am cautiously hopeful that this will help keeping the accidents on the drive to and from town to a minimum. It only took me 6 children to discover this gem. It folds down compactly, it's only 2.5 inches tall when collapsed. It has a nice rubber carrying handle. There is a small compartment to put the bags in, with a dispenser slit in the bottom, so you can just pull it out, open it up and tuck it under the ring seat. It has little rubberized feet to keep it from moving around. It is easy to open up, just pull up on the lid/seat, and then let it fall back, it stays up on its own. You pull up on the seat again to unlock and collapse it again. I was worried it would fall back down while my child was on it, but it is pretty sturdy. This little chair is adorable with its little puppy face!

This potty training travel toilet arrived quickly and well packaged. I like the concept quite a bit though I feel the execution does need a few tweaks to make it awesome. It comes with bags that are incredibly thin so you will want/need to buy replacements or use grocery stores bags in a pinch. Now the seat takes a bit of practice to use and to get it to lock into place so your child can sit on it safely, but once figured out then they are good to go. Watch the video in the listing in order to figure this out as I didn’t see any instructions with my set. The seat isn’t very tall when extended, so I do feel that it is better suited for shorter or younger children rather than any. If you have a tall thin child then they may be able to use it awkwardly and safely. The seat breaks down for convenient travel and storage which I love as it doesn’t take up much space. I also like that the seat stays covered and clean with the lid/ It is relatively easy to clean but if you bag breaks, then you might find that a bit less cleaning friendly. The price point is on the high end and could afford to be more competitive. Overall, this will work for an occasional or travel potty for younger kiddos. Would recommend if you find it on sale.

This portable toilet would be so great if it worked properly. It's such a cute design but it just doesn't function. Without any instructions you're left searching online with how to use. Supposedly, if you twist the top of it, it will lock while it's extended. Ours does not no matter how hard I tried. The bags provided are very flimsy but that's if you can actually get one out of the bag holder at the bottom of the toilet. The hole is so small, your fingers don't fit and can't reach a bag. I finally had to use tweezers. Overall, when your child needs to go, you do not have the time to mess with trying to set up this portable toilet. Or else you'll be left dealing with a potty mess.

Took this on a cruise for my little guy who is terrified of the loud toilets on ships. Easy to assemble and the little baggies are easy to dispose of in the cabin trash. Room steward loved it too. It should be noted that it was only used for #2. My little guy will do #1 in the ship potty but is terrified of sitting on the big toilet. We made arrangements with our steward to come by and pick up after he used it. The compact shape was easy to fit in our luggage.

Really hard to lock in place. Supposed to twist and lock and we can’t get it to twist … tried several times until we just gave up. Was really looking forward to this item as we are potty training and on the go a lot. Unfortunately haven’t been able to use since it won’t actually lock so she can sit on it
