Picture settings (brightness,contrast,color,sharpness)do not make any difference on picture. After 3 mos of light use it is starting to get dark. Probably about 100 ansi now. My 250 ansi is brighter than this and I used it for 6 mos. I kept clean and dust free but still fading.

So, the product itself came in nicely, set up was easy, it came with everything, HDMI, power chord and an attachment to adjust the height. Turns on good and everything but the only thing that I couldn’t seem to work was the brightness for the HDMI ports. I connected my PS5, and my Roku device and the image was just too dark, even with the brightness up, the image was too dark to see. This happened with both ports. I thought the HDMI cable needed an upgrade, so I got a new cable and still was having the same issues. The image mirroring was okay, a bit slow at times but the image was clear. I was excited about this product because it seemed great but maybe I received a defective one? I re order a replacement one and I hope to change my review cause the projector is great but it shouldn’t have these image issues.Update: I received a new one and returned the old one and it seems to be working perfectly fine. I definitely got a defective one at first, but the projector performs really nice and it is worth the money. Image quality could be better but it does the job.

It looks phenomenal. But I noticed when I first started putting it together. Putting the plug for the projector to start it, would not stay still. It's loose. I have to hold it in order for the projector to turn on. No matter which way it's inserted. It won't stay in. Is this normal?

Great value. I picked up two. One for my brother who had a stroke. He loves the projector and I got one for outside movie night. So far so good.
