Little bit shorter than competing products: heats up faster. It's easy to use, set on time, and get hot steam for an hour without having to refill the water. Very happy with purchase.

I bought this sauna knowing that I would be too tall for it. I like it because it is a popup sauna, and I don't have to put together. Let it heat up on level 9 then adjust the temp and time. It takes 10 minutes. The small chair can handle my weight, but it hurt my thunder thighs. Will I buy it again, no because I am too tall.

Works amazing! Takes ~15 minutes to get to temp, but it’ll get you sweating for sure! Love having a steam sauna in the house. Lightweight and portable.

Meh.... Keeping in mind the price. Does it work? Ya but so would putting a blanket over you with a steamer under it. The material is so thin that if you are in a cool room you can feel your back being cool while being hot where the steam is coming up. I added some foam and blanket around it to add a bit more insulation to keep the heat a little more even inside.The zipper door is a bit of a pain as well. By the time you climb in and get it zipped up half the heat already escaped. So no need to let it heat up much before you get in.

I used a fluke 52 meter to monitor temps. I was getting 205° out of the tube coming into the tent. However I was only able to maintain an average temp of 95° inside the tent. The walls of the tent get cold and you can feel air. Not sure what i was expecting but it doesnt get close to the temps they claim. This is more of a steamy shower.

Bought this to help with new 5am wake routine as I’m getting healthy. Have now used 4 times so have worked out a few kinks.I’m coming from having owned a full wood sauna I left behind in a move 1 year ago so I’ll admit my expectations were set pretty high. The keyword for these units is “steam” as this is not a dry sauna experience. I’m not against this, but will admit I made some assumptions before purchase based on the word “sauna” that I’ve needed to adjust.The pros:-super easy to put up—the tent basically pops up.-with height adjustments to the steam dispenser inside the unit (it doesn’t say caution because it’s really hot near the unit and could pop off with pressure if the hose is bent and cause burns—so likely taking at my own risk) it def gets hot enough up top to help me wake up ready to power through the day, but keep in mind it feels more like a steam room than a sauna. This was my main goal in the purchase so it has accomplished my desire to wake earlier.-affordable and small enough to stick in my guest room-easy and fast assembly and pretty easy to troubleshoot if steam isn’t coming through hoses etc-quite a lot of output for a unit I’ve never seen before and heats up wellThe cons:-my legs and the bottom of the unit don’t get warm like my torso up-I had to use my bath side table to sit the white plastic steam dispenser inside the unit to feel the unit get warm enough to feel my breathing and face get hot and even pushed to limits. When sitting at the bottom, the unit doesn’t get hot enough to feel like I did anything-I don’t feel that I’m sweating inside the unit so much as I’m hydrating my skin and clearing my sinus as the steam causes condensation and a fog—which is actually great just not what I had expected. I would not describe it as causing me to sweat inside the traditional sauna way.-I have to unplug the whole unit to fill it with water which lasts about 2, 30 min sessions. It doesn’t have a removable basin which would be a better design up I’m nitpicking here as the price likely reflects this. I’ll probably just start keeping a water pitcher in the room to fill.-the chair is rather uncomfortable but I didn’t expect much at this price and it doesn’t it’s function.I’m happy with my purchase and do recommend it. The price is right. I just would say it’s more like a steam room than a sauna.

This was inexpensive and I wondered if it really worked. I have only used it inside, where my house was about 65 degrees. It takes about 10 minutes to heat up. Damn if it didn’t get hot enough after 10 minutes inside that I needed to turn it down. Love this thing. Simple set up and take down. Now it is small but plenty of room to sit and sweat. Getting in and out for a large person may be a little clumsy, but doable. I’m 6’ 235 and fit no problem.

Easy and convenient sauna. Love this sauna Sets up easily and heats up in a quick 10 minutes. I definitely feel the benefits of using this the past few months I completely feel rejuvenated. This particular style is the best one yet I love the closed in space full body and you can see out. It gets hot quickly and when you put just 2 ot 3 drops of essential oils in the water base it gives off such a relaxing scent and it is very calming. So far so good, I’m not complaining about this sauna since it’s everything it looks like! A bargain really and just in time for fall. This steam tent is a perfect way to unwind I love this, highly recommended
