Concept is good not easy to use. Bounce back not so effective unless you hitting against a wall.

I had a very similar model that lasted months until a small metal fitting snapped off. This one the metal hoop that attaches the string to the base bent out of shape on THE SECOND USE so the string constantly flies off. I can probably replace it with a decent keyring, but seriously, use better materials.I'd send it back but I don't want to go the month or so not having a way to exercise while Amazon confirms receipt and return.

My son recently started playing tennis. I saw this and thought I'd let him try it and see if it helps. He used it for a couple of weeks for about an hour a day and his coaches cannot believe the improvement in such a short period of time! The set up is quite simple: there is a weight that is attached to a string and the other end is inside the tennis ball. You hit it and it comes back to you the majority of the time. My son said it's worked about 80%. That's not bad! The only thing better would be a ball machine. Once he's mastered this, we'll consider the machine. It's a great starting point!

I am not a beginner and play tennis with partners regularly. But I still play with the trainer whenever I have free time in my backyard. The iron base is very stable. It won’t move even I hit the ball very hard .Easy to play, most of the times the ball rebounds to a desired place.Easy to carry with a container provided. (picture).
