I just retired and this portable treadmill is perfect to keep me walking. Have used at least 3 times a week. I walk at 2.5mph. The treadmill can handle higher speeds. I believe up 5 or 6mph. Not sure I'd run on this machine. I'm over 200 pounds. Definitely perfect for all speeds of power walking. I bought a mat to put underneath to avoid static and carpet fibers getting in the motor. Easy to fold up and store behind my door when company is over. Highly recommend.

Treadmill begins to smell like it’s burning after about 30 minutes of using it… and that’s at a set speed of 3.0 which isn’t very fast at all. If you don’t stop using it when it starts having that burning smell, it’ll stop on its own VERY abruptly. It’s done it to me three times already and thankfully each time I was holding on to the handles and was able to catch myself. If you’re not holding on to the handles, you’re gonna be in for a pretty serious injury.

I bought this because my treadmill requirements were not extreme and the price was right. I had a misunderstanding as to how to select the miles feature and the seller promptly told me how. It comes with all the tools necessary to fit the hardware, four bolts, two screws. Setting it up is quick and simple. The instructions are just barely adequate to explain the operations but the seller will help out quickly. I am 6' 1" and the hand holds are high enough to be comfortable. Because of my lack of balance I have to use these continually but if you can walk without hanging on the length and width of the treadmill is very adequate. It has a manual function and 12 programing functions. I only need the manual function which works well. As far as I can tell from the inst. ....the programming enables you to pre-select a walking time which is then automatically divided into 10 sections and at the end of each section the treadmill speed increases by some amount but I can't tell from the inst. how much this is but I assume it's .1 mph. . It starts at .6mph, the same as in manual mode which is the speed that is adequate for my purposes. The max speed attainable is 7.6 mph. Each push of the + button increases the speed by .1 mph. Entering a distance amount requires pushing the mode button until '30' is displayed at which time the prog. mode is active and you can enter a pre-set time. Pushing the mode button again goes into manual mode and the distance is automatically displayed as 1 mile. As you walk in manual mode it decrements by .1 mile as that distance is reached . So far I am walking only for 10 minutes so have never seen it display lower than .9 miles.It doesn't have the incline function as on more expensive models but that isn't a factor for me. Lowering the handle and dashboard requires removing two bolts, wrench provided. This is easy and not necessary if you aren't storing it under the bed or it doesn't block your view of the TV. (my case). After mastering the mode and programming functions, this unit meets all my requirements at a reasonable price and the cust. serv. is very good.

I am happy with this smaller treadmill. It fits well in my smaller apartment. It is easy to use with no complicated programing needed. It is fairly quiet when in use so I don't worry about disturbing my neighbors. Very easy to assemble when it arrived. Comes with a tool for assembling and a small bottle of lubricating oil for the belt. I also purchased a mat to have under the treadmill to protect my flooring.

I’m 6’5” tall, 245 pounds, at 44 minutes at half speed the unit shut down from thermal overload, I took the cover off and there was lots of dog hair clogging the air intake, cleaned it up and let it cool down and works fine since. 5 stars because the the thermal overload saved the electronics from burning up.

I spend a lot of time on the computer for work and wanted to increase my movement throughout the day. I've got a standing desk and thought this would be a great tool for my goals.The positives:LightweightHas a timerGood speed for when I want to walk fasterMy tumbler can hook onto the handlebarsI love the remote and also that it has controls for incase/when my kids lose the remoteIt's so easy to assemble and to fold upCons:Can't pause it. I like to be one the computer and walk for 45 minute word sprints with walking. If I need to pause it take care of kids, there is no way to pause it.I'm 295, it holds up but no matter the speed it makes a noise after about 5 minutes. That being said my husband is about 60 lbs lighter and it makes the same sound. Only person it doesn't make that sound with is my kids when they want to do it and they're both less than 70 lbs.Overall, would I buy it again? Yes. Do I think it's going to last? Not with that squeak, we've oiled it and nothing has helped. We're two weeks into daily use of it, so it's shown me we will use it if I decide to invest in a more expensive one.

Only used 3 times but so far so good. It works well and the quality is good considering the price. I treadmill every day so I need reliability. It's a little narrow, but I'm 5'10" 200lbs and have big feet. It's length is ok but I need to be mindfull of where I'm at. I walk fast and don't really use it hard. If I get a year out of it I'm happy but I'd recommend it. Perfect for a woman but ok for everyone.
