It’s a novelty, a toy at best. I ordered this washing machine with the idea of using it in the shop to wash dirty rags so as to not listen to the wife complain when I wash them in the family washing machine. Well, I’m disappointed. The size is okay, but the washing ability is just not there. I think it would be okay for delicates that are only suppose to be hand washed, but anything else, well, no. The agitator is very weak and really does not agitate at all. It turns one way for a bit, stops for a while, then turns the other way and times out after five minutes. That is not nearly long enough to do the job. As for rinsing, it is easier to just put the items in a bucked and use your hands. The spin cycle also leaves a lot to be desired. I’m sorry, but I just cannot recommend this as a washing machine. Maybe a child’s toy but not for serious use. It is under powered and just not a good implementation

I only have this washer for two weeks and I already want to get rid of it. This is my third portal washing machine. I thought this one would do a good job, but it does not clean. The design is very high-end and the quality of the washer is very good. However, it does not clean. The discharge on the underwear is still there after couple of the washes. For spin dry function, it can only hold small items like underwear.
