I’m extremely disappointed with this product. Right out of the box, it wouldn’t wash. I noticed a strange noise when I tried to get it running. After messing with it for a while, it finally started moving but quickly jammed again. It’s frustrating and unreliable. I cannot recommend this machine to anyone—it simply doesn’t work as it should. Save your money!

Unlike the drain function. After 2 minutes spin, still very wet then tried second 2 minutes, no improvement.
