Shower Bay has been a fantastic addition to our home, allowing us to provide a real shower experience for my grandfather without the need for expensive remodels. The fact that this portable shower stall can be placed in any room is a huge benefit, especially for wheelchair users. It has made daily care so much easier and safer. The ramp and double doors allow easy access.The assembly was incredibly easy, just as advertised—everything snapped together, no professionals needed. Connecting it to a standard faucet was simple, and we were up and running right away. The materials are clearly high-quality and built to last.Over a year later, we had a minor issue with a valve, but their customer service was outstanding! They quickly helped us resolve the issue, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their prompt and professional support. Getting and installing the Shower Bay was the best thing ever! I'm disabled and unable to use a regular shower stall anymore. This Shower Bay gave me back my independance and discontinued the need for sponge baths.

I am just going to write a partial review as I have not been able to test it out due to just finishing the plumbing for the wheelchair sink tonight...The packaging is unbelievable, I mean it is package so well you should have no issues when you unbox it, I was seriously blown away. 5+++ for packaging.Putting it together is a snap...took me about 25 minutes. Its very very simple. 5+++The shower itself is seriously brilliant craftsmanship. It was exactly what I needed and honestly, God just popped it right up on my Amazon screen and it wasnt even what I was looking for LOL and I read all the reviews checked everything out about it and even did searches about it and didnt even think twice. I purchased it immediately because this was what I needed so my hubs could come home from rehab after breaking his back at work and be able to shower since our master bath is on the second level. There is a water on of off switch on the handle for the shower so you can turn the water off and turn it on when ready if you are having to shower your loved one. This company thought of it all. I would give a million stars for the craftsmanship of this shower.Russell is amazing, he called me everyday to make sure the shower was delivered. We had some issues with the shipping company because I called and set an appointment with them and they never showed but Russell was right on it all the way. Honestly, not only a brilliant product but a company that cares about their customers. This is something that isnt seen much today so Im very appreciative of how attentive Russell was to make sure it was delivered. Sadly I give the shipping company a triple -F on their shipping and delivery because they never showed when they were supposed to, but I give Russell 5+++ stars because he was in constant contact with me to make sure it was delivered.I will update my review as soon as I test it out in three days, give me time as my hubs is just coming home after 3 ½ months from breaking his back at work. It has been a long road for us. But, just so you know, I love the product and the company and I have no affiliation with them at all. Just a customer that appreciates a company that cares when you spend this kind of money!God Bless You all!

I fell and broke my left femur above the knee, which means I'm stuck in a chair until I can put weight on my leg again. I couldn't get into our shower, so it was a washcloth bath at the sink... NOT GOOD. I found this shower after contacting contractors about a shower remodel and learned it was going to be very expensive and would take weeks.The company owner called and spoke to my husband before shipping it to make sure it would fit in the area we planned to put it and if we had what was needed to hook it up. He was very helpful and great to work with.Once the shower arrived, we set it up, and after learning the doors can come off easily (I'm a large girl, so my standing lift was too wide for them), my caregiver rolled me up the ramp, and I sat in my shower chair. I can't begin to say how nice it was to enjoy a warm shower again. The handheld sprayer has an on and off button, and they even supply a shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser you can install.I HIGHLY recommend this product if you can't get into your regular shower. It's worth every penny spent.This product is made in the USA by American workers which was a big plus to me.

We were desperate to find a way to keep my mom at home but my first floor had no shower, only a basic bathroom. My mom has severe dementia and entirely restricted mobility, wheelchair and bed bound. We were facing nursing home conditions and costs - losing all our family savings and consigning her care to strangers - or renovation to my house which would take too long and again, unpredictable costs. I tried to rig something up to shower her but it was a disaster. Then I found this showerbay unit and it was as if the designers walked into my house and gave me exactly what I needed. It arrived quickly, in excellent condition and was simple to put together with the step by step online instructions. The water hookup and pump work perfectly! Thoughtful small details were included like a dispenser for shampoo and conditioner, a shower mat, and most importantly A+ customer service from owner Russell and his team. I got the wheelchair as well - equally good investment as my mom really needed the arms on the chair to feel secure. There is a little noise from the pump but a mat underneath and towel on top muffles it very well. The decals are mine but were super easy to order and attach. Our sincere thanks to this innovative company for such a great product and purchasing experience.
